Interior Cleaning
 

We ask all customers to please remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to the appointment, as Pete's Perfect Polish will not be held responsible for items lost.

We ask all customers to please remove all baby seats or child seats to be removed prior to the appointment, as Pete's Perfect Polish won't be held responsible for removing and installing baby seats or child seats.

At Pete's Perfect Polish for vans' back areas, we don't normally offer this. As this is generally in constant use, if you require this to be cleaned, we can do this, but it will it will be subject to state and could incur an extra charge. We ask the customer to please remove all items from this area prior to being cleaned.

Engine Bay
 

At Pete's Perfect Polish, we take every care to minimise the risk of components. We will not be held responsible if mechanical and electrical components break.

General
 

We ask all customers to please identify any areas or components that are broken or falling apart. If we find any, we will point it out to the customer.

We ask all customers to have a good working car battery, as when working on the vehicle, the doors will be open and drain the battery. We will not be responsible for charging or replacing the battery after it is cleaned.

At Pete's Perfect Polish, we always review the vehicles via email or photos or view the vehicle before we take on the job, so we can assess the work needed so the customer can get the best possible results.

We also have the right to turn down any job if the customer has given us inaccurate information.
